Questions & Answers

Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is 4p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in and we will do our best to have your house available.

Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 12pm. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Is there a Reception?

No there is no reception.  We have full time staff servicing our property. It is self check in and check out.

Which languages are spoken at Reception?

We speak English and Spanish and use translating service for all other languages.  

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Internet connection?

A wireless internet connection is available throughout the property. Your wi-fi password will be displayed within the property.
The guest rooms feature hi-speed web connectivity (both wireless and cabled).

Which is the nearest airport?

The closest airport to Key West is Key West International, airport code EYW. It is located directly on the island.

Terms & Conditions

*Guest booking must be at least 30 years of age (does not apply to families). Proof of age must be provided after booking.

***During Hotter Months, extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond (Please contact us if needed to get up the moment seaweed condition)

**Maximum guest capacity is 8 guest per stay

*The property is located right on the Atlantic ocean. Our grounds crew are constantly picking up debris that wash ashore mixed in with the seaweed from the ocean such as plastic bottles, bottle caps, plastic bags, etc. Its an endless battle and we try our best to keep our beach clean for all our guests. A vehicle is required.

***Self check in ****During Hotter Months extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond.

****Our property is located on what is considered to be a turtle nesting beach. We must follow environmental guidelines when trying to remove any type of seaweed that washes ashore.

****It is strongly recommended to bring mosquito and no see um repellent (No-see-ums are tiny flying insects that are incredibly difficult to spot. Also known as biting midges, punkies, sand flies or biting gnats, these flying insects are small enough to fit through the mesh screens of windows and doors. They are also easy to overlook when they swarm around you or land on your skin. No-see-um bites are painful and itchy. We are committed to the conservation and protection of all our resources. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efforts. Water is one of our most important life resources. You can protect and conserve this vital source by turning the faucet off while brushing your teeth or shaving, not using the toilet as a trash receptacle, being sure faucets are turned completely off, report leaky faucets and re using towels.
